Backstage staff who are dedicated individuals will contribute twice instead of once, increasing the likelihood of creating a good song.

Once songs are recorded, it is up to the on-stage performers to bring them to life. Each band member on stage contributes their score to the performance, and the performer with the highest score determines how well the song is received in each category. The "frontman" gets to contribute twice instead of once during this stage, so it is essential to consider who takes on this role.

The overall rating for a show is calculated as the average of all the songs performed, although it is slightly more lenient to allow for some imperfections. This same principle applies to album reviews. For example, a 5-star performance may consist of consistent 4-star contributions from each member. Reviews are an essential element of the game as they influence and reflect the attributes of your performers.

When booking venues, it is crucial to weigh the cost against potential revenue. Tickets are sold at $5 per song, so the length of your set affects earnings. You will receive a percentage of this revenue, which must be used to pay your employees and cover additional expenses. Singles are sold individually for $1, while albums are priced at $1 per song, with a maximum of $10 per album. If you experience a week of inactivity, you may find yourself at a loss due to the expenses associated with your lifestyle, which reflects your wealth. Eventually, you may need to transition from the independent scene to a major label to secure a larger share of revenue.
